A single-nave church was built around 1400, replacing an earlier building from the 13th century. This church had the beginnings of a tower but was only completed in 1888 to a design by Jan Jorna from Roermond. The oldest statues are from the 15th and 16th centuries, this collection of sculptures is very unique in its kind.
