Its distinctive features include the sturdy west tower with its spire, pointed-arch windows, and a wooden flat barrel vault. Inside, the pulpit altar, galleries, pews, box, and baptismal font have been preserved from the time of construction. The historic Lütkemüller organ from 1859 was restored in 2011. Commemorative plaques in the vestibule commemorate the Steckelsdorf Jewish farm and the patrons of Katte.
