Of course it doesn't roll as well as asphalt, but it was still easy to ride. The route mostly leads through thick forest, a gift in midsummer

The stilt walk connects a parking lot with the dunes on the Baltic Sea. It runs parallel to a small stream with a small reed belt along it. Very pretty to look at.

The ground would allow for careful cycling even with a racing bike, at least for those who also ride gravel and single trails. I found the NSG to be very nice. Pushing the bike was worth it. (August 2024)

The campsite has a large caravan area, but also a tent area. You are free to decide where you want to set up your tent, but there is one rule: keep at least 2 metres away from your neighbour. I think that's a good solution. There is no restaurant on the campsite or in the immediate vicinity that serves food.
