Sarina
December 1, 2025, Red Wooden House

A classic red timber house by the trail. It adds a cosy, authentic touch to the landscape and makes a pleasant little photo stop.

The river flows into the sea at Laholm Bay, and the scenery here is quite special. You'll find yourself in a tranquil natural area where the river meets the sea, with a landscape that is popular with birdwatchers. This is a perfect opportunity to take a well-deserved break, enjoy the peaceful surroundings, and watch the water flow into the bay.

The Lassahus Stone is a boulder with carvings located in the Hasslöv parish, Laholm municipality, in Halland. The boulder is located a short distance up Hallandsåsen, in the Osbecks Beech Forests Nature Reserve. The route is quite strenuous by bike, partly because the stone is located in the middle of a field. On foot, it's a beautiful hike. Panoramic views of the Baltic Sea included.

Nice little nature reserve located at the rather steep north slope of the Hallandsås. There are some nice views from the top, and the forest consists of a lot of huge beech trees. There are two main paths that loop around the area in opposite directions from the parking area. Each one is about 5km. At the parking is a bathroom as well as some picnic tables. The gravel road leading up to the parking area is quite steep.
