Lassalyckan Recreation Area on the outskirts of Ulricehamn is southern Sweden's first official Vasaloppet centre. This year-round venue provides the very best facilities for cross-country skiing, trail running and mountain biking. In addition, it has a gym and other indoor sports arenas. This bespoke facility provides excellent training opportunities, and as a result there is a whole network of well-marked walking trails meshed into the whole area.

It's amazing how the old railway has been preserved while being transformed into this cycle path. Riding along this path with its tunnel, you can feel like a train traveling through the hill.
