Dont be put off by the modern concrete exterior of the V&A. Its very nice inside and worth a visit.

The waterfront is a pleasant place to walk along now and has undergone major redevelopment over the last few years. The V&A has exhibits all year round.

The Telford beacon was once placed elsewhere to the entrance to the old dock. When the Tay bridge was built the docks were filled in and the area redeveloped. After several years the beacon was finally moved from its original home back to the riverside.
