Dated from 1894, it was executed by the sculptor Augusto Desirat in marble from Estremoz. It has a lobular shaped tank with four sides and in the center a quadrangular column topped with a sphere. On one side is the coat of arms of the city of Portalegre. It has two copper spouts.
