This park has a paved walking path as well as an unofficial single track. A great place to walk, or to stop while running or walking on the path from Burlington to Minot

Awesome craft brewery. Frequently has food trucks outside, and in the summer there is outdoor seating. Excellent place to end a ride.

Minot's only Local Bike Shop. These guys are super helpful and will take care of all your cycling needs. In the summer/fall they do group road rides on Wednesday nights from the shop. And year round on Thursday night they organize Mtb/Fatbike rides. The shop also offers knife sharpening, seriously.

A trail which loops through several islands along the riverbank. The main trail is gravel and would be good for cycling, walking, running, and could even handle an off-road stroller. In the winter the trails are for snowshoeing, xc skiing, and fat biking.

This is the Gassman Coulee trestle, located approximately three miles west of Minot. A total of 1,792 ft. At its tallest point, it is 117 feet high. In addition to freight, also carries Amtrak Empire Builder trains. Built in 1899 after strong winds (one source said a tornado) in 1898 caused the collapse of two-thirds of the original bridge. The road up to the bridge is paved. If on a road bike, you can go left just after the bridge up a nice 1.3 k climb at 5% grade. Alternatively you can continue straight up the valley road, which will turn to gravel and climb up out of the valley.
