This is a fantastic area for bikes, mainly for the jumps. It's great to watch. If you do the jumps, bear in mind that some of them are quite big for a novice.

Sandy, so avoid in the summer months. They need rain to pack them down.

Have some great videos of trailing up here. it's a shame vids can't be uploaded. some good fun downhill sections here. careful as some have huge roots from trees, and also one section has steps and a massive drop off.

another great little trail with some really tight sections. Can be ridden at race pace to provide a challenge but also really great for building confidence on tighter singletrack but without the steepness.
