Vuokatti, a well-known resort area and is particularly famous for its winter sports, however, in the summer, Vuokatti transforms into a paradise for outdoor sports and water activities like canoeing and kayaking on the nearby lakes.

Vuokatinvaara is a scenic viewpoint in Vuokatti, offering wide views over forests and lakes from two platforms. The first is easily accessible by car, while the second, an observation tower, requires a short walk past the radio mast and ski lifts. In summer, a small café near the summit is open daily from 11:00 to 17:00. While in winter, the viewpoint platform and tower are located within the Vuokatti Ski Resort's slopes, so you need to pay attention and avoid interfering with skiers, as these structures are not maintained during the snowy season.

It’s a great place to relax, soak in nature, and recharge before continuing your journey.

There are two lookout platforms. Lower direct at the parking lot. There is also a very small cafe open during sommer time 11am to 5pm. To reach the second platform (tower) you have to pass the radio tower and Skilifts.
