The San Carlo spring is a source of drinking water. The apex point of the Erve tub path, here too it is possible to stop in the shade of the trees and use the picnic tables for a snack.

The pools of Erve have a peculiarity: you have to go looking for the best ones. In this second part of the path there are certainly the most beautiful pools for swimming, with waterfalls and natural slides. But they are also the most populated in the high season. A splendid canyon dug by the Inferno river at the gates of Valmadrera. The path is equipped with steps, chains and everything needed to go up the river and reach the waterfall. Along the way it is possible to stop and swim, if you are not too cold. Beautiful to observe how it changes depending on the time of day and the seasons.
