The Stalheimskleiva has been open to hikers and cyclists for a while now. Cycled up a few days ago, definitely worth it! It wasn't very busy, but given the gradient and the hikers I wouldn't cycle down the pass. You go up about as fast as the hikers and that's quite nice. Received enough encouragement in any case.
