A very nice campsite is located here on Krautsand. Just over the dike and you're already at the Elbe River and the beautiful Krautsand beach. There's also a dog beach and a lifeguard on duty during the summer months. A small children's playground and a bistro are available. A large parking area, toilet facilities, and an open-air shower are also provided.

On June 17th, 2024, we asked a woman and her dog for directions. We wanted to know if you could cross the bridge on the Wischhafener Süderelbe by bike. But she didn't know her way around.
