The memorial stone on the Oberer Vogelherd was erected in 1935 to commemorate the golden wedding anniversary of the manor's owner, Dr. Georg Hirsch, and his wife, Elly. The initiative came from the manor's forester, Carl Himmelreich. The original tower stood for only about 30 years. It was rebuilt in 2018 at the initiative of the Kospoda Local History Society.

The Dutch windmill was built in 1841. The sails were dismantled in the 1930s, and the mill was powered by electricity. The mill is located on private property. The owner is very friendly and was happy to give me information and even let me look inside the mill.
