Travel: North - for Troubeck Tongue and other Troubeck peaks (Wrainwrights), West - for Troutbeck Park Farm which was owned by Beatrix Potter and for Troutbeck Village, or South - past Long Green Head Farm and towards the Haybarn Inn.

Great mountain. Clouds came down and then blew away to reveal shear drops and amazing vistas only feet away. The wind, mist and driving rain all added to the atmosphere. Striding and Swirral edge are no pushovers so be prepared and this is in July.

Killer views all around, can see for miles on a clear day, Awesome spot for lunch! Can be real harsh and windy under certain conditions though, Nice hike up during the summer months.
