Mostly paved road with small potholes and few meters of unpaved road that require attention. Even though it is a very demanding climb the views are totally worth it. One of the best “less-touristy” roads in high altitude Greece. ATTENTION: Limitted access to drinkable water along the way. Make sure to refill in any given opportunity.
