The first part of this trail is a 4x4/OHV road so don't be surprised by motorized company. It's also not a high traffic area so you will likely find yourself alone for much of the time you spend out here. Keep in mind that there isn't much shade so bring plenty of water and sunscreen.

This is a wonderful community 16.2-acre park with plenty of amenities, including grassy meadows, picnic tables, restrooms, a swimming area, a playground, and walking paths. During the summer, the park hosts a free concert series, Sundays in the Park, one of several events held here, making it a local favorite gathering location.
