An immediately steep climb from Corston, hitting nearly 20% gradients briefly, but for long enough to make you gasp. Good surface. Past the top see fantastic countryside views, before a fast smooth descent.

Bath Spa University has simply one of most beautiful campuses of any University anywhere. Set in the midst of rolling hills and fields dotted with ancient buildings and a castle, walled gardens and grounds designed by Capability Brown. Bath Spa University is also transected through and though with public footpaths, cycleways and rights of way. Definitely worth a visit ... even if you don't study here ...
