The so-called Philosopher's Walk connects Farchant with Garmisch-Partenkirchen, or vice versa, depending on where you want to hike 😉. Numerous benches with quotes from famous philosophers line this wonderful hiking trail above the rooftops of Partenkirchen, offering stunning views of the town and the surrounding mountains. The trail is approximately 5 km long and is wheelchair and stroller-friendly. The Philosopher's Walk is cleared in winter. We really enjoyed the trail and definitely gets a 👍🏼
