Alice Baddeley
December 29, 2023, Canary Bridge

Canary Bridge (formally the Greenway bridge) was renamed in memory of The Canary Girls who worked in the Rotherwas Munitions Factory. The pedestrian and cyclist suspension bridge links the centre more directly to the Rotherwas industrial estate over the River Wye.

Take time for a look back of this view, the next bit is a climb but the views at the top into the next valley are also excellent

Bridge across the river Wye that leads to a cycle path. If you're lucky the ice cream van may even be at the end of the bridge which will give you a good excuse to sit and enjoy the view for a while.
