Beautiful view across the countryside as well as the memorial. There is a good gravel track from just next to the car park entrance on Lodge Hill, so is fine for a road-bike when dry.

Major upgrade to the canal towpath completed June 2023. This adds to the section from Puttenham meaning the 5 miles or so into Aylesbury is now complete

Weston Turville Reservoir is a beautiful oasis of water situated just outside Wendover in Aylesbury Vale. The route around the lake is very scenic and peaceful, you'll likely spot some of our waterbird on your way around too.
