The lakes, sometimes known as the Amazon Lakes for their proximity to the internet giant’s Doncaster warehouses, are a popular spot for walkers and cyclists. Primarily a series of fishing lakes they are landscaped and a very tranquil place to take some time out for a rest no matter what your sport may be.

A really nice tranquil place to stop off for a break in nice surroundings. The fishing lakes and surrounding lush countryside are simply gorgeous.

Cycling and walking track around Amazon Lakes and Iport that links up with oter trails to Potterick Carr and beyond. The lakes have been created as part of Dancaster's initiative to build pockets of greenspace along the M18 corridor in order to increase biodiverity.
