Established in 2019, this museum commemorates Jewish history in Upper Silesia. The center is part of the Gliwice Museum and is open daily. It provides insight into the lives of the Jews of Upper Silesia from the Habsburg era to the present. Important episodes include the persecution of Jews after the expiration of the minority protection regulations following the end of World War II in 1937, as well as the persecution during the socialist era. You can also see pictures of the synagogues in the area before their destruction by the Nazis.

The water tower was built between 1905 and 1908 on a hill. The tower is about 50 meters high and 26 meters wide. The building was designed by Wilhelm Adalbert Otto Kranz. It was part of a water supply network between Zawada and Gliwice and was intended to supply the southern districts of Gliwice with water.

Very small saline, unfortunately too small for a cool refreshment. The aerosol effect is also not as important here. But nice to look at and good for a break

Near the new Jewish cemetery in Gliwice, at the intersection of Księcia Józefa Poniatowskiego and Leśna Streets, there is one of the oldest water towers in Upper Silesia. A beautiful water-supply water tower, designed in the neo-Gothic style, was put into use as early as 1894. It is a brick building, erected on a circular plan, decorated with architectural elements referring to the Gothic style. Inside there is a riveted water tank with a capacity of about 2400 m3. http://www.straznicyczasu.pl/viewtopic.php?t=3491
