The Dr. Farský Church is the former Evangelical parish church of Gablonz on the Neisse (Czech: Jablonec nad Nisou) in the Gablonz district in the northern Bohemian Reichenberg district in the Czech Republic. Until 1918 it belonged to the Evangelical Superintendency A. B. West Bohemia, then to the German Evangelical Church in Bohemia, Moravia and Silesia. Since 1945 it has served as the Kostel Dr Farskeho of the Czechoslovak Hussite Church. It was named after its founder and first patriarch, Karel Farský.
