This entire trail, from the parking lot in the south to the rest area in the north, leads through the shady forest on the eastern edge of the reserve. The trail is completely accessible, and especially in the northern section, you walk directly along the Jäboån stream. There are numerous seating areas along the entire trail. A very pleasant section for young and old alike.
