The chimney in the Birch vineyards is most likely a historical relic. Vienna has numerous of these old, often hidden chimneys from the era of industrialization. In the wine-growing regions, they often shape the landscape as remnants of old production facilities or traditional smokehouses.

Regarding the single-track workshop, they still work with care and attention. This can, of course, lead to minor delays, but it's better to have it done perfectly than to be rushed around by an apprentice. Fair prices. Right next to the Leobersdorf train station, so it's easy to drop off and pick up. For those who still find it too far from Vienna, there's also a pick-up service.

A wonderful fish restaurant where you can enjoy very fresh fish. The menu is huge, you can find everything from trout to carp to catfish and char. It is particularly nice to sit outside in the summer.

The "Hiata" had the task of protecting the ripening grapes from thieves. Shelters were therefore built in the vineyards for the night. In the Weinviertel there is also the custom of the "Hiatagangs". On Easter Monday, all Hiatabuam were invited by the winegrowers and catered for in the wine cellars. In the absence of the Hiatabuam, the winegrowers' customers are now invited and catered for.

Many people in the region are familiar with the Dornau Art Mill. They either bought products from the company themselves or they know the area for culinary reasons. The Mühlsteinstube is located here, a fish restaurant known far beyond the district borders. Now the Dornau Art Mill is being brought out of its deep sleep. The newly founded and non-profit "Association for the Preservation of the Dornau Art Mill - Good Luck" is transforming the Dornau Art Mill into an attraction worth seeing.
