The Gut Trumau was donated to the monastery in the year 1138 by the Babenberg Margrave Leopold IV for the economic security of the monastery under Abbot Gottschalk. Since 1950, a copy of a Coronation of the Virgin by Martino Altomonte, painted by Alice Rougon, has adorned the holy site. The chapel is ecumenically cared for by the parish of Trumau and the Greek Catholic Central Parish of St. Barbara in Vienna. Another highlight is the old manor farm (Meierhof) located to the southeast, dating from 1638, which was lovingly restored after a fire in 1880. The farmyard is freely accessible and a great destination for a bike tour in the region, definitely worth seeing!
