The chateau was sold to the pharmacist Ottokar Daubrava without the forest property. On August 11, 1921, the castle was purchased by Johann Kiener from Atzbach. The remaining parts of the once extensive complex (hospital building) are still privately owned today. A pond is still reminiscent of the demolished castle; the remains of the castle are buried under the meadow next to it.

The chapel is located in the village of Aich on Atzbacherstrasse. It was built in 1918 by a Pitzenberger in gratitude after fully recovering from an accident. The architectural style is neo-Gothic and is similar in some details to the Catholic parish church of Schwanenstadt. A total of thirty people can be accommodated in the chapel. To the left and right of the altar were two valuable figures of saints (Michael and Florian), which, however, were stolen in the 1970s. After that they were replaced by smaller figures. In 1976 the chapel was renovated and in 2001 it became the property of the municipality.
