The ladder seems sturdy, but everyone should decide for themselves whether it is a good idea to climb the tower. The path is marked by small, stacked stone towers. Long trousers are highly recommended.

Porto Tramatzu is one of the most enchanting and pleasant (even in August) beaches in the area. The water is just beautiful, crystal clear and the sand is white. The view is breathtaking, with a small island in front. There are both stretches of free beach on both sides, and an establishment with a bar in the center of the beach.

The construction of the Porto Corallo Tower dates back to the last decade of the 16th century. Along the right hand side of the entrance is a staircase leading to the upper floor within the structure. The tower is easily accessible from the beach or the port and is kept in excellent condition. From here, you can admire a splendid view of the harbor and the bay.

Easily accessible tower on a dirt road with beautiful views of both the coast and inland and the nearby port. A short stop is definitely worth it.
