Stenio Melani
October 9, 2026, Agnano Belvedere Viewpoint

In Tuscany, near the hamlet of Agnano in the municipality of San Giuliano Terme, the "Via del Belvedere" is a well-known hiking trail immersed in the Mediterranean scrub.

Asciano, from where we take via di Ragnaia which for a short uphill stretch is on asphalt (just to warm up a bit) at the end of via di Ragnaia (50 meters before the end) we begin the dirt road by taking a path on the right that takes us in the direction of Passo di Dante.

The water that flows from this fountain is that of Asciano, coming from a spring on the Pisan mountain. There is a nice hiking trail to reach it.
