It hides enormous natural wealth within the animal and plant kingdoms. Omšenská baba is built with Triassic dolomites of the hronika unit and underlying marls, shales and sandstones of the Cretaceous age, which belong to the fatrik unit. The SNP Heroes' Path runs below the hill.
