The glass floor is definitely the highlight up here. However, the steel substructure and the thick joints around the glass panels significantly obstruct the view and thus the overall effect.

A large pilgrimage church with a modern interior and an even larger forecourt. From up here you have a fantastic view of Funchal.

The Levada do Norte Trail in Madeira is a classic and extensive route (approximately 51 km in total) that carries water from the north to the south of the island, offering incredible views over Câmara de Lobos, vineyards, and Cabo Girão. It features several sections with varying levels of difficulty, from moderate to challenging, including tunnels, staircases, and rural and coastal landscapes, making it ideal for hiking year-round. 👍🥾🎄

An interesting church at the mountain's highest point. Unfortunately, it was completely locked during our visit—its exterior certainly piques one's curiosity about the interior. The road leading up to the church begins opposite the Skywalk parking lot, but apparently, few people venture up here. You can even drive up; there's a fairly spacious parking area behind the equally spacious, gently sloping church forecourt.

A lamp is necessary, taller people should be careful, it is not too high.
