The church in Dobra was founded by the von Dewitz family, the owners of the city. It was built in installments. Its presbytery and sacristy were built in the first half of the 19th century. 15th century. At the turn of the 15th and 16th centuries, the nave was built, and in the 16th century, a chapel next to the presbytery with a gallery was built. In 1742, a half-timbered top of the tower was built.
