The Bütgenbach farmstead is a protected monument consisting of four wings of quarry stone. It is located in the center of the village and is the oldest building in the area of the municipality of Bütgenbach. The estate can be traced back to the 15th century. The main parts of the farm buildings date from the 17th and 18th centuries. At that time, the Bütgenbach farmstead was a feudal estate of the County of Vianden. Later owners were the von Reiffenberg and von Baring families, who are commemorated by well-preserved coat-of-arms stones from 1623 (north wing) and 1754 (gate of the main facade on the east side). Beautiful path against slope about 30 m above the Warche. In recent years large areas of forest have been cleared here. The result is a beautiful view of the castle of Reinhardstein on the other side of the valley.
