The Ars Natura artwork stands at the parking lot of the same name (Hand). Its name probably comes from the many paths that converge here in a star shape.

I have driven past the Betteleiche several times. By chance, because I took a different route, I came across this hut. It's nice and big and has room for lots of guests. There's even a toilet house right next to it. You don't see something like that very often.

In my opinion, a thumb is missing here 😉

A really nice, renovated mountain hut (former forester's lodge with a basement) in a quiet location in the immediate vicinity of the famous Betteleiche. Here you can easily take a break with a whole hiking group. There are a number of tables and benches that invite you to take a break. Signs also provide good information about the historical background of the hut and the Ihlefeld. We can really recommend this place!
