On a fabulous path through a wonderful forest stands this bench, which will still offer a view across the Modenbachtal into the Pfälzer Wald for a few more years. At some point, the trees will have closed this viewing window again. Until then, you can enjoy a dreamlike view and absolute tranquility here (OK, every now and then airplanes and other hikers). In fact, it is also the only bench on this section of the path.

Highly recommended due to the very quiet location in the middle of nature. Then especially thanks to the good food and value for money. Service is good and the ambiance is suitably rustic, like the nature around it.
