Königssee Astederfeld Swimming is unsupervised in the well-maintained outdoor pool at the "Haus am See" restaurant on Tarbarger Landstrasse in Astederfeld near Neuenburg. For this reason, entry is free. The large lake with a white sandy beach and a large lawn, surrounded by lots of greenery, invites you to swim, bathe and relax in summer. Children have enough space to frolic in the spacious area of the shallow water at the front. A toilet block is available for day visitors. At this large, former quarry lake there is a recreational area with over 60 comfortable pitches for caravans. All pitches are equipped with sewer, electricity and water connections. Guests also benefit from a comfortably equipped, heated sanitary building with toilets, showers, washing machine and a baby changing room.

Obenstrohe Mill Pond The "Mill Pond" in Obenstrohe, a district of Varel on the Jade Bay, is an ancient forest lake in the Seghorn Forest.
