Nice 'up and down' on a dead end road. Beautiful landscape but quite tough because of the many walls where the road descends briefly and then steeply up again. Again different from the climbs in the area. Do take enough water with you because there is nothing to get along the way. The way back is easy because you roll up most of the slopes at a good speed.

Mogán, like the wider Gran Canaria region, offers excellent conditions for gravel biking year-round due to its mild climate. The area transitions from lush, mountainous interiors to coastal cliffs, providing a dynamic backdrop regardless of the season. Winter months are particularly popular for cyclists seeking to escape colder climates, with pleasant temperatures ideal for riding.
While many routes in Mogán are rated as difficult due to significant elevation changes and rugged terrain, there are some moderate options available. The Playa de San Agustín – Playa del Águila Surf Beach loop from Maspalomas Dunes is a moderate trail that offers a less strenuous experience compared to the more challenging mountain routes, making it a good option for families or those seeking an easier ride.

To find less crowded routes, consider exploring trails that venture deeper into the island's interior and away from the immediate coastal tourist hubs. Routes like the Road Through the Gorge – Unpaved Section of GC-604 loop from Presa de Chira, while popular, offer stretches through mountainous terrain that can feel more secluded.
Parking is generally available in the towns and villages around Mogán, such as Puerto de Mogán or near popular starting points for routes.
