Beautiful path to ride. Benches invite you to rest. Here you can enjoy the water landscape. At one point, someone has set up a little surprise.

As of 25.08.2026 - Emsbrücke E2 Pixelheide permanently closed, the city of Gütersloh does not want to participate in the renovation or a new construction. Therefore, the actually beautiful path leads to nowhere, as the potential alternatives in both directions are also not "legally" passable. A shame all around.

The Ems cycle path has a diversion via the old Münsterweg between Müssingen and Warendorf because the Ems river is being renaturalized.
