The Orange Heritage Trail is an almost 20-mile long rail trail that runs from Middletown to Harriman. It is paved and traffic-free. This section is used by the Long Path to take you from Monroe to Chester.

This section of Drakes Trail is one of the most southern singletrack trails in the trail system. The paths cross over each other and over the service roads in the forest, so you can create an almost endless number of loops.
