Great protected North-South bikeway. There is a parking lot on Old Country Road and East Bethpage way for the trailway and there might be others.

Well marked singletrack that has rooty spots and tons of flow.

A sweet section of singletrack right next to the LIRR train tracks.

This is a great mountain bike trail system less than one hour from NYC. Take the LIRR train until Syosset train station that is really close to the park. Stillwell provides a mix of easy, intermediate and challenging singletracks. Check it out, it's worth it!
