A short trip is not enough. To enjoy all the events, the home-brewed beer, the products from the castle's own distillery, the home-roasted coffee, the waffles, and the very good cuisine, several overnight stays in the castle hotel or at least in the surrounding area are necessary. These are our experiences over many years, and we will gladly come back.

Beautiful property with a small market in the yard. However, to get there, a bridge toll of 2 euros per person has to be paid. You would get the bridge duty charged when you eat it, but that took too long for us
