Elburg is a beautiful little old town. Even today, you can see that it was (or perhaps still is) a Hanseatic city. There's something lovely to discover everywhere you look, and you can enjoy a wonderful stroll through the narrow streets. And when you're ready for a bite to eat, there are plenty of places to do so.

This hay barn has a beautiful thatched, pointed roof. A bale of hay is available for 5 euros. In the backyard of this house, there are a few other "follies" with a similar pointed roof.
