From this bridge, there is a great view of the Vistula River. It's just always terribly windy there :)

The water gauge of the Provincial Board of Melioration and Water Facilities in Warsaw. If you watch for a while, you can catch a water discharge. The water gauge is located on the other side of the embankment than the pumping station.

From the direction of Wykowo, an asphalt road leads to this place. The pumping station is located right next to the gravel road next to the Vistula embankments.

Wykowo Pumping Station is an existing drainage pumping station located in the village of Wykowo, Słupno commune, Płock district. This pumping station is used to drain water from the catchment area of the canal called Doprowadzlnik Białobrzegi and to protect the Białobrzegi Valley against floods. It is located on the right bank of the Vistula River at km 616+625 of its course. The Wykowo Pumping Station consists of a complex of buildings and cubature structures with equipment and linear structures (pipelines with reinforcements and other networks) connected physically or functionally with elements of land development such as fencing, maneuvering area, etc. The Wykowo Pumping Station was built in 1979. The last general renovation was carried out in 1999. Due to the location of the Wykowo Pumping Station within the range of the impact of the Vistula River water damming on the dam in Włocławek, this pumping station does not have the possibility of gravity water drainage.
