Meetings at Ivančen are held regularly on April 24. “This cross was erected on October 6, 1946, by the council of the 30th Junák Squad in Ostrava in memory of the scout leader Vládi Čermák and rowers Vládi Pach, Otto Klein, Milan Rotter and Quido Němec, who were shot by the Gestapo on April 24, 1945 in Cieszyn, Poland, on the feast of St. George, the patron saint of scouts around the world, at the end of the war. Place a stone on their mound.” https://www.okobeskyd.cz/?p=10067
