You have to go left past the wooden hut (by the small ponds), then about 30m sharply back to the right (in the steep slope where the small stream flows and where you can actually already see the forest road). The path then continues upwards and actually joins the upper forest road, which you can then easily go down (left, turn downwards) to the actual forest road.
