I cycled the Regental cycle path from Cham to Furth im Wald and back. The entire route is asphalted, with a few slight inclines. Just before and after Arnschwang you have to cycle on the road for 100m, otherwise you are always on the cycle path. Very busy. But highly recommended

The Lamer-Winkel-Arber cycle path goes over the dam wall. This is where the white and black rain come together and become rain 👍🏻 If you want to discover exciting information and facts about the cycle path, you can have a look here: https://www.bayernbike.de/staedte/bad-koetzting/lamer-winkel-arber-radweg/ If you want information about the beautiful Blaibacher See, you can look here: https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blaibacher_See
