In my opinion, this is a great campsite for cyclists. You always meet like-minded people because there's only one seating area for the tent area, which forces people to sit next to each other, and you always get chatting... which is absolutely fantastic. Unfortunately, the campsite has become a bit more expensive over the years, but it's still worth it for anyone cycling the Berlin-Copenhagen cycle route. Best wishes and keep moving 🚲🌬️😉

Biestow Village Church is the church in the Rostock district of Biestow. The current church building was consecrated on October 28, 1298. The church is built primarily of fieldstone. Its architectural style is between Romanesque and Gothic. Renovations have been necessary over the past 26 years. The leaded windows were replaced in 1988, and the church roof was re-tiled in 1992. The organ was overhauled in 1993, and the chancel was redesigned in 1998. Interior renovations began in 2000, during which 16th-century wall paintings were discovered in the chancel vault. The four archangels were restored to their original form and color.

The Hoppenrade Manor House is picturesquely situated amidst a sprawling 3-hectare estate bordering a nature reserve. Behind the manor house are a small park, a forest, a river, and expansive fields. At the beginning of the 18th century, Heinrich von Levetzow had a half-timbered manor house built in Hoppenrade. Between 1850 and 1853, Josua Magnus Klockmann built the present manor house in the neo-Gothic style according to plans by the Schwerin architect Theodor Krüger.
