At the southern end of the platforms, there are elevators to the tram bridge; escalators are not permitted for bicycles. Because you often have to wait for prams and wheelchair users, you lose valuable time at the elevators. For the transfer via the tram bridge, you should allow at least 8 minutes. It can be a bit faster via the underpass. The South underpass has comfortable slide rails. Even with a heavy e-bike, you can get up well if you activate the push assist. From the underpass to the East exit (ticket hall, city center, bus and taxi stand) there are elevators and escalators. The West exit (good cycle path connection, bicycle service station, and parking garage) is easily accessible via a ramp. The North underpass has no elevators and no slide rails. You have to carry the bicycle up the stairs to the exit. A barrier-free renovation is planned. You can reach the West entrance by bicycle via the Wiwili Bridge. It is designated as a bicycle street. At the west end of this bridge, you will find the bicycle parking garage and the service station. The elevators to the platforms are located on the south side of the tram bridge. On the bridge, you have to push the bicycle.
