the canal bank here loops it's way around hillsides and has great views over the local countryside. The towpath itself is totally flat, but has not been improved so it rocky in parts and muddy in others. It's fast going when dry but claggy in the wet

This bridleway interchanges between hard packed farm track to sometimes muddy singletrack field. The views are great though and it's a good way to link other off road routes in the area
